Kevin Anderson was raised in Vancouver, WA, before heading to Washington State University. He graduated from WSU in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. Since graduating, he, and his wife Mallorie and their son have settled back home in Vancouver. Anderson currently works at Portland General Electric as a member of the internal communications team. He previously worked at WE Communications for more than 10 years, spending that time working on various parts of the Microsoft business including cloud technology. Throughout his career, Anderson managed and mentored recent college graduates and helped build a pipeline to the internship program from the strategic communication program at WSU Vancouver. He is enthusiastic about helping people navigate their early career in communications.
