Do you have questions about a career field? Wondering what is in store after graduation? Need a resume review or professional development tips? As a Murrow student, you have access to professionals related to your field of interest, on hand to answer questions about the profession after graduation and how you can best prepare today. Murrow alumni from the fields of journalism, news, production, storytelling, media entrepreneurship, advertising, health and crisis communication, and public relations are just some of the professionals who make up the Coaching Collaborative.

Coaches are passionate, committed professionals (many alumni), that have agreed to give hours of their time each semester to coaching students. Each session will be 30 to 60 minutes in length and is limited to one session (or two if agreed to between coach and mentee).

Murrow’s professional coaching/mentoring program coordinated and administered by the Career Ready office has a roster of professionals ready to help! Simply email the Career Ready Advisor, Wendy Wegner, to get matched with a coach for a virtual session. wendy.wegner@wsu.edu
