Murrow Laptop/Technology Requirement
All admitted murrow students are required to have a laptop with the minimum specifications listed below
A laptop meeting these specifications will facilitate your completion of high-quality digital communication projects for your classes and extracurricular activities. It will provide you with flexibility and mobility to collaborate with your peers while using the latest technology.

A new MacBook Pro with these specifications can be found for around $1200.
External Hard Drive
It is highly recommended that you purchase an external hard drive so that you can save course assignments, especially final projects. Students are encouraged to save these projects for potential inclusion in their online digital portfolios.
Adobe Creative Suite
Murrow students are required to purchase the Adobe Creative Suite programs. You will specifically need the following Adobe programs: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and Audition. Creative Cloud versions of the Adobe applications are available to purchase on a monthly or annual payment plan with yearly commitment.
