“My favorite part of the Murrow College is the faculty and staff. All of them deeply invest their time into helping prep their students for the workforce post-graduation.”

Finding Murrow College:
Amanda was born and raised a Coug. Both of her parents attended WSU as well as many of her other family members. Her mom actually graduated from the Murrow College, so she introduced Amanda to what Murrow was all about!

Clubs & Activities:
Amanda currently sits as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) for the chapter here at Washington State University spreading across three of our campuses (Pullman, Vancouver and Everett). She also is a Murrow Ambassador for the College of Communication and part of the sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. In between her busy schedule she also teaches pre-school on Sundays at Sacred Heart Catholic Church here in Pullman.

Future career dreams:
Amanda’s future career dreams are to move up in the Public Relations industry advocating for animal welfare. She is also interested in investing herself in the music industry from the PR side. She wants to be able to work her way up to lead and mentor a team of her own.
