Jennifer Guild is an experienced creative manager, video producer, and writer. She is driven by finding the sparks in life, be it the spark of a new idea coming to life or igniting a spark of inspiration in an employee. As an Associate Creative Director of Production, her goals include coaching a department of producers, editors, videographers, designers, and animators to expand their skills and manage a high-volume of content through the production pipeline, last year launching nearly 450 content videos. She is passionate about empowering women to believe in themselves and achieve greatness, especially in male-dominated fields.
Jennifer’s career includes more than a decade of experience in video production—from editing videos for E! Entertainment in Los Angeles, CA; to writing, producing, shooting, and editing commercials for two TV news stations, KHQ in Spokane, WA and KIRO in Seattle, WA; and now overseeing a production department and coaching teams to create high-quality content at MedBridge, a healthcare tech company in Seattle, WA.
As a PNW native, Jennifer loves getting outdoors for hiking and fishing. She looks forward to the rain every fall because it means it’s time to watch Cougar football!
