Major Requirements
The Sports Media major is intended to add a major focus area in addition to a primary major in Broadcast News, Broadcast Production, Multimedia Journalism, and Media Innovation. The additional major of Sports Media will build naturally on the strengths our primary Journalism and Media Production majors offer, such as reporting, producing, and digital publishing, while providing focused application within the dynamic sports ecosystem.
