Camille Vaughn graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on sustainable development and a B.A. in Spanish. Camille pursued her dream of working abroad after graduation, when she moved to Managua, Nicaragua to be the development coordinator of CANTERA, Center for Popular Education and Communication. During her time with CANTERA, Camille led her team to raise over $500,000 in grant and private funding to support community development in over 32 vulnerable urban and rural communities. In August 2018, Camille joined the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication as their development coordinator. Camille now works to support the advancement of the Murrow College at the annual giving level. Camille believes that the secret to Cause Marketing is learning how to tell stories and create authentic relationships.
