Connie is the communications administrator for the City of Marysville. She earned a BA in Journalism from WWU in 1982 and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2002. She is currently in the 2019 Master Public Information Officer class at the Emergency Management Institute in Emmitsburg, PA.
