Emily Mattson is an Associate Activation Manager at Essence in Seattle, supporting the T-Mobile account. Essence, part of GroupM, is a global data and measurement-driven agency whose mission is to make advertising more valuable to the world. In her current role, Emily supports all elements of paid social media activity and assists in the media strategy and buying process. She has supported various campaign activations including local and national lower-funnel marketing initiatives and T-Mobile sponsorships for Super Bowl 53, MLB, Little League, Coachella, Billboard Music Awards, iHeart Music Festival, Overwatch League, and more. Emily graduated from the Murrow College in 2018. During her time at WSU, she served as the president of WSU’s chapter of the Association for Women in Communication, was the advertising manager at The Daily Evergreen, and completed an internship with the Murrow College student services team.
