Uses and Purposes:
The income from this fund will be used for unrestricted support of the operational purposes and priorities of KUGR, as determined by faculty leadership. This fund shall be administered by the dean of the Murrow College or his/her designee(s).
History:
A true lover of life and people, William Stowell died tragically as a result of a skiing accident in December of 2001. Bill was passionate about enjoying life to the fullest. That passion included Bill’s experiences as a student in the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications at WSU. Bill’s most treasured experience at WSU was the time he spent as a disc jockey for KUGR radio.
