Biography
I am the engineering and technology director for The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication which operates national and international academic and research programs and statewide public radio and television services. I am responsible for administration, quality control, and reliability of construction, operations, and maintenance services for academic and broadcast services including two public television and nineteen public radio stations, student-operated cable, radio and television services, numerous broadcast translators, and television and radio studios; compliance with federal and state-mandated broadcast regulations; IP-based media delivery systems (radio, TV streaming) and an extensive digital interconnection system.
I started at WSU in 2000 and have worked for the Murrow College since 2010.
I am also a member of the PBS Engineering and Technology Advisory Committee (ETAC) and sit on the ATCS 3.0, Cybersecurity, and Public Safety sub committees.
