Hello! My name is McKenna and I am a 2017 graduate with an emphasis in Journalism and Media Production. I grew up in Spokane Washington and went to Western Washington University for my first two years of college in Bellingham, WA before transferring to WSU for my Junior and Senior year. I had realized I wanted to have a career in Television and wanted to pursue it more. Cable 8 was a major reason I transferred to WSU. I was able to write, direct, edit and produce my own shows and it was such an amazing and eye opening experience. Less than two weeks after graduating I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Television. I’ve worked too many jobs to count and have learned a lot over the past few years since graduating from Murrow. Currently I am working as a Production Secretary for Lucasfilm and have 2 side small businesses.
