Biography

Biography

A self-proclaimed technology geek and news junkie, Brett Atwood has immersed himself in the world of multimedia content through his work as a website editor, content strategist, and former print and online journalist.

From Rolling Stone to Billboard, Atwood has written for major publications and has created media content through Amazon, RealNetworks, and Linden Research, Inc. He has co-founded different sites online, including the Second Life Destination Guide and Rolling Stone Radio. As a co-founding editor at Billboard.com, he interviewed Stevie Wonder, David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, Shania Twain, and Bjork. He also has a love for the obscurity in the form of cult and ephemeral cinema of the ’70s.

“Most of it has been forgotten by the masses,” he said. “In most cases, that’s probably a good thing, but there are also some real underappreciated classics!”
