Development Assistant Director
The Major Gift Officer (Development Assistant Director) is a key member of the development team within The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. This position shares responsibility for the success of the College’s major, planned giving and annual giving development efforts as part of the Campaign for WSU. There is an emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gifts (defined as $1,000 and above) in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. This position will be located in Seattle out of the WSU downtown office or in Pullman out of the Murrow College’s development office on the WSU campus. This position involves extensive travel.
